| Description:
Advanced Silver programs are one and a half hours long so that more time can be afforded to developing increased strength, flexibility and power to be able to safely learn and master the more advanced Gymfinity Levels: Levels 5 and above. Athletes are required to complete Bronze levels 1 to 4 or receive a recommendation from their coach before moving on to the Silver program. This class will be combined with girls from our Gold program for the summer. |
